Faith-Based Organizations

PRAY:   Church, Temple, Mosque, or other congregation of faithful can play a role in pastoral and member health.

• Weekly or other regular worship service visits, allow for time and be face to face with a member for screening, education, motivation, problem identification, and referral
• Charitable mission allows ministry or Sunday School activities to identify problems, design solutions and reach out to those with need
• Physical and mental health is supplemented and supported by spiritual health. Faith leaders can create a culture of wellness and support for all three at their faith worship site and membership community.
