2019 HPAC Scholar’s Day Registration

Join us for the 7th Annual HPAC Scholars’ Day | Sunday, April 28 2019

CHECK-IN & REGISTRATION STARTS AT 9:30 A.M.OPENING CEREMONY BEGINS AT 11:00 A.M.

HPAC Scholars’ Day is a one-of-a-kind, Youth-Led Conference focused on Students, Community and the Social Determinants of Health. Over 800 High School and College students from Northeast Ohio will gather at HPAC Scholars’ Day to showcase community health projects, share ideas, and collaborate with other students throughout the state. Project presentation topics range from mental health, sexual/reproductive health, obesity, and bullying and dozens more. Students share their projects and work, leveraging local resources and partnerships for prevention and the advancement of our communities.

Come and connect with high-achieving, community-minded High School and University Students, Health Professionals, and Education Partners. Take home what you learn to improve the lives of the youth and communities you serve and support.
